Reasons of Female Hair Fall

We see many conventional reasons on internet whenever we search about this topic like aging, heredity, natural inheritance, pregnancy, crash dieting and many more but now discuss some other unconventional reason which may cause hair loss. These reasons are the least bothered one because we never pay attention to this side of picture and we more focus on inheritance problems and others. If we start paying attention to these reasons we can save our hair before damaging because now even very young girls start losing their hair and they can’t figure out why this is happening is happening to them.

Thyroid Problem:

Under efficiency and over effacing of thyroid gland can cause tremendous hair loss in women, because when these glands disturb it may cause unnecessary weight gain and women are more sensitive about their weight rather than when they deal with weight gain they realize that they already loss too many hair. Then they get panic and use too many products which intern damage their hair rather than fixing them

Mental Trauma:

If you are in some emotional stress, like sudden death or your loved one, or your boy friend dump you or anything which is quite personal and you can’t tell it to anyone else except you own self. Such things cause immense pain and emotional stress and due to these problems you start losing your hair.

Vitamin Deficiency And Over Dosing:

I you intake large amount of vitamins or suffering from vitamin deficiency it may also cause hair loss but in such scenario you must consult with your physician so that they can suggest you some vitamins.

Use of Extensions and Over Styling:

You keep on using bad hair sprays, ironing, curling and still expecting that your hair looks the same as they look before then you are wrong. If you want to keep your hair healthy you need to stay away from such hair damaging activities. Yes you can iron your hair once in a month but cannot do it daily.
